Day 1 | Rangoon (Yangon), Myanmar (Burma). Arrive Rangoon and transfer to 5-star Shangri-La Hotel for 2-night stay on a bed and breakfast basis. Rest of the day at leisure – perhaps take a stroll to the nearby “Indian Quarter” or Bogyoke Market.

Day 2 | Rangoon. Included full day sightseeing visiting the street markets in China Town, Botataung Pagoda, a walking tour through the colonial district and the stunning Shwedagon Pagoda.

Day 3 | Inle Lake. Fly to Inle, transfer to the Pristine Lotus Resort for 2 night stay on a bed and breakfast basis in a floating duplex (a quite unique experience). Inle Lake is the home of the Intha people, who have adapted to their environment by building entire villages rising on stilts from the shallow waters.

Day 4 | Inle Lake. Included half day sightseeing by boat around Inle Lake visiting the Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda with its five golf-leaf covered statues.

Day 5 | Pagan. Fly to Pagan, transfer to 4* Aye Yar River View Resort for 2-night stay on bed and breakfast basis. The hotel is enviably located on the banks of the Irrawaddy, has a lovely pool and excellent, spacious rooms. Rest of the day at leisure; perhaps take a stroll in nearby Old Pagan.

Day 6 | Pagan. Optional hot air balloon ride. Enjoy a full day sightseeing in Pagan including visits to market in Nyaung Oo as well as the best and most impressive of the 3000 plus temples and pagodas that make Pagan such a memorable place to experience. Opportunity to visit a lacquer ware workshop.

Day 7 |Pakokku. Transfer to Jetty and embark the Orient Pandaw for 2-night cruise on a full board basis. Afternoon tour of Pakokku by trishaw.

Day 8 |Yandabo. Morning walk around the pretty village of Yandabo, known for its pottery making. Also visit the Pandaw School. Cruise on the Irrawaddy River.

Day 9 | Amarapura. On the way to 5-star Mandalay Hill Resort visit Amarapura a former capital of Burma with its famous U-Bein bridge known as the longest teakwood bridge in the world. Rest of the day at leisure – perhaps take a stroll to the summit of nearby Mandalay Hill. Overnight in Mandalay Hill Resort.

Day 10 | Ava. Half day sightseeing tour of Mandalay visiting Kyauktawgyi Pagoda, Sandamani Paya, Central Market, Mahamuni Paya and Kuthodaw Paya. In the afternoon visit Ava an ancient imperial capital of successive Burmese kingdoms from the 14th to 19th centuries. Overnight in Mandalay Hill Resort.

Day 11 | Mandalay. Transfer to the airport.
