PAGAN TO MANDALAY
7 Nights Aboard Ship

Day 1 | Pagan, Myanmar. Transfer from airport to ship for lunch followed by exploration of a selection of the 3000 plus Pagan monuments by bicycle or coach.

Embarkation Details. Pagan Ayar Hotel Jetty at 11.30 am. Transfer from Pagan/Mandalay airport to ship on the day of embarkation will be provided. Please note that it takes approximately 3.5 hours by drive for transfer from Mandalay airport to ship (Pagan) for embarkation.

Day 2 | Pagan. Further explorations of Pagan and visits to a lacquer workshop.

Day 3 | Pakokku. We are visiting the local market and town center by Tuk Tuk.

Day 4 | Yandabo. Morning walk through Yandabo villiage, famous for its production of terrocotta pottery from the river bank clay. In the afternoon we are cruising up north towards Mandalay.

Day 5 | Ava. Arrive Mandalay early for a morning excursion to Ava and Amarapura and an evening walk in the picturesque Sagaing Hills with its many hermitages and nunneries.

Day 6 | Mingun. Morning walk in Mingun. Afternoon cruise up river to the First Defile and Kyauk-myoung with its amazing pot villages.

Day 7 | Mandalay. Sight seeing in central Mandalay with visits to the palace and hill areas, crafts workshops and shopping.

Day 8 | Mandalay. By 0900am disembarkation in Mandalay Shwe Kyet Yet Jetty and transfers to the airport.
