BUDAPEST TO PRAGUE

Day 1 | Budapest, Hungary. Welcome to Budapest, one of Eastern Europe's most ancient cites. A Scenic Tours Representative will personally greet you and arrange your transferto your luxury Scenic 'Space-Ship'. On board be warmly welcomed by your dedicated crew. After unpacking for the start of your 7 night voyage, join your fellow travellers for a Welcome Cocktail in the lounge. Next Seven Nights: Cruising. (D)

Day 2 | Budapest. Choose from one of the following included Scenic FreeChoice tours: (1) discover the highlights of both Buda and Pest during a guided city tour; or (2) relax in the Thermal Baths and Spa; or (3) explore the labyrinths of the Cave Hospital; or (4) take an excursion to the Skanzen Open Air Museum. Day 3 | Vienna, Austria. As you cruise the mighty Danube perhaps relax in one of the lounges and viewing areas on board.

SCENIC ENRICH —  Highlights include a glass of Austrian sekt at the majestic Palais Liechtenstein followed by an enchanting private Viennese evening concert featuring the music of Strauss and Mozart. The Palais is also known as the Garden Palace and it reveals fascinating insights into 400 years of artistic patronage and is where the Prince of Liechtenstein showcases his privately owned art collection. Day 4 | Vienna. To get acquainted with this beautiful city, enjoy an Included tour of the famous sights including the Ringstrasse. Today offers three included Scenic FreeChoice tours to choose from: (1) a guided tour of Schönbrunn Palace; or (2) an excursion to the Slovakian capital of Bratislava; or (3) a visit to the world renowned Spanish Riding School for a guided tour or witness the famous Lipizzaner Stallions perfecting their skills during their morning exercise program (not available for all departure dates). Day 5 | Dürnstein. Melk. This morning your ship docks in the town of Dürnstein. Enjoy leisure time to explore one of the most enchanting villages in the region. Today choose from one of the following included Scenic FreeChoice tours: (1) visit the magnificent Benedictine Abbey in Melk; or (2) enjoy a guided walking tour of Melk village; or (3) take a picturesque bike ride from Dürnstein to Melk. Day 6 | Linz. Passau. Your included Scenic FreeChoice today gives you a choice of three countries, all offering their own unique charm: (1) a guided tour of Passau in Germany; or (2) a visit to Salzburg, setting for ‘The Sound of Music’; or (3) visit Salzburg’s Salt Mines of Hallein acclaimed for their ‘white gold’; or (4) take an excursion to the medieval Czech town of Cesky Krumlov. Day 7 | Regensburg. Regensburg is one of Germany’s finest preserved cities. Choose from one of the following included Scenic FreeChoice tours: (1) a guided walking tour including an organ recital; or (2) a walking tour of Regensburg with a visit to the golf museum; or (3) a guided bicycle tour to the Walhalla Memorial. Day 8 | Nuremberg. Prague, Czech Republic. After breakfast this morning farewell your crew as we disembark the cruise. Relive the History of World War II and learn about the significant part the city of Nuremberg played during the Nazi Germany regime during your guided city tour. Enjoy free time for lunch in Nuremberg. This afternoon we journey by coach to Prague, one of the truly magical cities of Europe. Situated on the bank of River Vltava in central Bohemia, the beautiful city of Prague is rich in history and is home to some of the world’s most pristine and varied collections of architecture. Three Night Stay: Prague. (FB)

Day 9 | Prague. Prague is possibly Europe’s most attractive city. This morning with our local guide we will walk around the Mala Strana and walk across the Charles Bridge. One of the most familiar sights in Prague, the Charles Bridge was commissioned in 1357 by Charles IV after the Judith Bridge was destroyed by floods. We continue our guided touring to the Old Town where we concluded our tour at the foot of the Astronomical clock. (FB)

Day 10 | Prague. Enjoy exploring this magnificent city at your leisure where your Tour Director is on hand to help plan your day. You may wish to visit the Old Jewish Cemetery and Gothic Synagogue, built around 1270 or visit one of the many museums Prague has to offer. (FB)

Day 11 | Prague. After breakfast this morning you will be transferred by your Scenic Tours Representative to Prague International Airport for your onward or homebound flight. (FB)
