Thus, this marvelous capital of the former country of Czechoslovakia [now the Czech republic] is pristine, and one could say a living history book going back thousands of years — and it's all right at your doorstep.

Prague is without a doubt the best walking/touring city in all of Europe and it's compact size makes it easy to see it all during your three night stay. You'll marvel as you tour the Castle District which is actually an entire ancient city within a city. You'll also have plenty of time to visit the infamous Jewish Quarter, mistakenly called the "ghetto" by some, and ample time to wander along the miles of cobble-stoned walking streets.
