TRAVEL INSURANCE PROTECTION

You’re probably dreaming about your fabulous river cruise vacation: breathtaking destinations, candlelit dinners, and complete indulgence. But, wait! Just for a moment, we’d like you to think about safeguarding your vacation investment.

Over the years, we've seen too many well-intentioned passengers pay major penalty fees because circumstances beyond their control forced them to cancel their vacation plans.

None of us ever expect to call upon insurance. None of us will ever get into an accident. None of us ever expect to get so sick we cannot travel... But you know it happens, and as we move up in age it tends to happen a bit more frequently than we would like to admit. In addition to medical reasons for cancellations [before and during your vacation], acts of God, weather issues [i.e., the recent volcanic cloud] and other things “just happen.”

Think about what could happen if you cancel your trip and don't have travel protection.
No one plans a vacation with the thought of cancelling, but “stuff” happens and what we can tell you is that NO MATTER how life-changing the reason for cancelling, including an unfortunate death, the cruise line WILL NOT refund one penny of your trip cost — cancellation fees and change penalties are usually levied at 60-120 days prior to departure.

And, generally, if you must cancel your cruise within a window of from 30-90 days prior to departure [depending on cruise line] for ANY reason including; illness, a business reason or merely because a non-traveling family member became ill, the passenger(s) will typically lose all of their money!

It is very important that you read and review the cruise/tour provider brochure or their website for specific details. Don’t take a chance, buy Travel Insurance Protection!

Safeguard your trip with the Travel Insurance Protection offered by MH Ross.
If you or a family member suddenly becomes ill or injured and you are unable to take your vacation, your cancellation penalties will be reimbursed by your Travel Insurance Protection. Coverage is also included for flight delays, missed connections and baggage loss. Of critical importance are the $100,000 to $250,000 Accident & Sickness Medical Expense limits and the $500,000 Emergency Evacuation and Repatriation coverage limit. If you need an emergency medical evacuation from anywhere in the world, our Travel Insurance Protection Plans through One Call Worldwide Travel Services Network's 24-Hour Service Center will make all the necessary arrangements and pay for your trip back home. While it’s not inexpensive, it is something that Premier urges you to consider.

MH Ross Travel Insurance Services, Inc. provides more complete coverage
at a reasonable cost than any other policy we’ve seen.

Independent travel protection coverage is usually much better than that offered by the cruise lines and/or other carriers. One example is that, cruise line protection often forces you to take a Future Cruise Credit in lieu of a cash payment, and their coverage is not as robust as the protection program Premier River Cruises currently offers its customers.

MH Ross' Covered Benefits [as defined] includes the following events or their consequences: Cancellation or Interruption of your Trip due to: Inclement Weather, unannounced Strike, mechanical breakdown that causes complete cessation of services of Your Common Carrier for at least 12 consecutive hours; a documented traffic accident while en route to departure; being hijacked or quarantined; jury duty; destruction of your home or destination by fire, flood, burglary or natural disaster; being called to the emergency service of government to provide aid or relief in the event of a natural disaster; a documented theft of passports or visas; a transfer of employment of 250 miles or more; Involuntary Job Termination (must be employed with same employer for 1 year); or Revocation of military leave due to war.

As your professional travel advisor, Premier highly recommends you protect yourself against unforeseen events.
